Information for Revocation
You may cancel your order within the statutory withdrawal period of 14 days after receiving the goods.
Please note: As our logistics processes are fully automated to ensure your order is dispatched as quickly as possible, it is generally no longer possible to manually stop shipment once an order has been placed.
If you do not wish to keep individual items or your entire order, we recommend returning them directly as a standard return to receive a quick and hassle-free refund. No prior return registration is required. For shipments within Germany, a prepaid DHL return label is already included in your package. Please note that returns from abroad must be sent at your own expense. All details and the return address can be found on our Returns Page.
If you would like to report a material or manufacturing defect, or if the 14-day withdrawal period has already expired, please do not use this form. In these cases, please send us an email directly with your request (including a brief description and photos in the case of defects) to shop@herrlicher.com.
