We do not charge shipping costs.
Deliveries abroad:
Austria: €9.95
Zone 1 countries (Luxembourg, Belgium, Netherlands): €14.95
Zone 2 & 3 countries (Sweden, Finland): €19.95
Deliveries abroad:
We do not deliver to Switzerland. However, the service provider MeinEinkauf offers an interesting shipping alternative that enables customs-compliant delivery to your doorstep in Switzerland for a small fee. For more information, please visit meineinkauf.ch.
Please note that we do not offer VAT refunds for orders placed via MeinEinkauf.
Delivery Times:
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery within Germany takes place within 2–4 working days, and for international deliveries within 5–7 working days after conclusion of the contract (or after receipt of payment in case of prepayment).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, all items will be shipped together unless otherwise agreed. The delivery time in this case is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.
Delivery to DHL Parcel Shop, Packstation or Post Office:
You can have your parcel sent to a Packstation, post office, or DHL parcel shop. Please note that you will need a DHL postal number for this.
How can I track my shipment?
As soon as your order has been processed in our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. It contains a tracking number and a link to the DHL portal.
You can track your shipment by entering your tracking number at www.dhl.de. Please note that the link becomes active only once DHL has collected the parcel from our warehouse.
Can I change an incorrectly entered address?
In such cases, please send us an email at shop@herrlicher.com with the correct details or call us. We will update your address if this is still possible within the shipping process.
Why was an ordered item not delivered?
In rare cases, an ordered item may be out of stock. If an item is no longer available and your payment has already been received, you will receive an email notification and a refund to your account.
For deliveries to Switzerland, meineinkauf.ch offers a convenient shipping alternative. For a small fee, they handle customs-compliant delivery directly to your doorstep. Further information is available at meineinkauf.ch.

Is VAT refunded for customers exporting goods outside the EU?
VAT refunds for customers exporting goods from the European Union are a voluntary service that can be offered by commercial sellers. There is no legal obligation to provide this service.
Unfortunately, it is currently not possible for us to offer this service in our online shop. We kindly ask for your understanding.
