Terms and Conditions of Participation & Data Protection

These terms and conditions of participation apply to competitions conducted by Fashion Styling Licher e.K., Heidemannstr. 31–41, 80939 Munich (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer or we/us) on its Instagram page http://www.instagram.com/blaustoff_herrlicher/ (hereinafter referred to as the Competition).

1.) Participation

In the competition post on our Instagram page it is stated what the user must do in order to participate. Each participant may only participate once. Multiple entries are not permitted. Participation in the promotion is possible from 31.05.2026 bis 14.06.2026 12.00 noon. Only persons who are at least 18 years old and have their residence in Germany are eligible to participate. Employees of the Organizer and/or affiliated companies as well as their respective relatives and life partners are excluded from participation.

2.) Duration of the Competition

The duration of the competition is stated in the competition post on our Instagram page.

3.) Prizes

The prizes are stated in the competition post on our Instagram page. Unless otherwise stated in the competition post on our Instagram page, the prizes will be raffled after the end of the competition period. Cash payment of the prizes is not possible.

4.) Notification of Winners

The winner will be notified via a private message on Instagram. If we do not receive a response from the winner within 14 days, the prize will be forfeited.

5.) Publication of Winners’ Names

We may publish the names of the winners on our Instagram page.

6.) User Content, Third-Party Rights

The user ensures that any content submitted by them (in text, image, moving image, or any other form) as part of the competition does not violate statutory provisions, e.g. criminal law provisions. The user warrants that they are entitled to freely dispose of their content for the intended purposes of the competition and that no third-party rights such as name rights, trademark rights (in particular trademark or design rights), copyrights, or personal rights conflict with this.

7.) No Association with Instagram

This competition is in no way connected with Instagram and is not sponsored, supported, or organized by Instagram in any way. The recipient of the information provided by the participant is not Instagram, but the Organizer. Questions, comments, or complaints regarding this competition should not be directed to Instagram, but to the Organizer.

8.) Liability

The Organizer shall only be liable for damages incurred by the participant as a result of gross negligence or intentional misconduct by the Organizer or one of its vicarious agents, or as a result of the breach of essential contractual obligations (i.e. obligations whose fulfillment is essential for the proper conduct of the competition and on whose compliance the participant may regularly rely). The above limitation of liability does not apply to damages resulting from injury to life, body, and/or health of the participant.

9.) Termination of the Competition

The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the competition at any time without prior notice.

10.) Exclusion of Participants

In the event of a breach of these terms and conditions of participation, the Organizer reserves the right to exclude the respective participant from participation.

11.) Applicable Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. In relation to a consumer, this choice of law shall apply only insofar as it does not deprive the consumer of mandatory statutory provisions of the state in which they have their residence or habitual place of residence.

12.) Data Protection

After the completion of the competition, we will ask the winner for their name and address in order to send them the prize. We will not make any further use of the name and address unless otherwise stated below.

Data Protection Consent: By participating, you consent to your first and last name or your Instagram profile name being published in the comments section of this Instagram page in the event that you win a prize. You may revoke your consent at any time, for example by email to hamiti@herrlicher.com. If we collect personal data via our Instagram page in general, i.e. independently of this competition, we do not inform you about this here, but in a general privacy policy on our Instagram page. Information on data collection and use by Instagram can be found in Instagram’s privacy policy.
