For our headquarters in Munich, we are looking to fill the position of B2B Customer Service & B2B E-Commerce Specialist (m/f/d) with immediate effect.
Your Responsibilities / B2B Customer Service
- Order processing as well as report and list creation using the internal ERP system
- Handling and clarifying customer inquiries via email and phone
- Processing customer returns, issuing credit notes and refunds
- Demand analysis and needs assessment
Your Responsibilities / B2B E-Commerce
- Analyzing, managing and further developing the B2B online shop based on relevant KPIs
- Independent planning and implementation of online marketing activities
- Channel management of marketplace activities and potential expansion
- Supporting retailers and key accounts
- Cooperative collaboration with relevant internal interfaces
Your Profile
- Completed commercial vocational training
- Several years of professional experience
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Advanced Excel expertise (independent analysis, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Passion for data-driven processes
- Experience working with ERP systems
- Strong customer orientation and a friendly, professional demeanor
- High sense of responsibility as well as proactive and precise working style
- Strong team spirit and a hands-on mentality
- Experience in the apparel/fashion industry is a plus
