Our Return Policy

You can exercise your right of withdrawal and return unworn items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible, please complete the return form included in your package and enclose it with your shipment. If you did not receive a form, please contact our Customer Service.

Please note that we can only accept returns if all the conditions listed below are met. Further details regarding the right of withdrawal can be found in our Terms & Conditions and our Withdrawal Policy.

All returned products must be in perfect condition (unwashed, unworn, and undamaged).

Returns & Costs

Returns within Germany are free of charge when using our DHL return label.

For returns within Germany, we provide a DHL return label. When using this label, we organise the return shipment and bear the shipping risk until the goods have been received at our warehouse.
Alternatively, you may return your order independently using a shipping provider of your choice. In this case, you bear the shipping risk until the goods have been received by us and are responsible for providing proof of shipment and, where applicable, initiating an investigation or damage claim with the carrier.

Returning your order is simple:

1. Complete the return form.
2. Place the item(s) and the form inside the package.
3. Attach the DHL return label to the package.
4. Drop off the parcel at a DHL branch, parcel shop, or Packstation.
5. You can track your shipment anytime via DHL Live Tracking.

Returns from abroad must be sent at your own expense to the following address:

We do not provide a return label for international returns.
The customer bears the shipping risk until the goods have been received at our warehouse and is responsible for providing proof of shipment as well as for initiating any investigation or damage claim with the chosen shipping provider, if necessary.

Swiss customers who ordered via the service provider MeinEinkauf.ch must process their returns through this provider. We do not cover any customs fees.

Can I return my order using a shipping provider other than DHL?

In principle, you may return your order using any shipping provider. However, we recommend using DHL.
If you choose to return your order independently using a different shipping provider (e.g. Hermes, UPS, DPD, etc.), you bear the shipping risk until the goods have been received by us.

This applies equally to both domestic and international returns.

Please note:

  • You are responsible for proper packaging and shipment.

  • You must be able to provide proof of shipment and delivery (e.g. shipping receipt, tracking information).

  • In the event of loss or damage, you must contact the shipping provider you selected and, if necessary, initiate an investigation or damage claim yourself.

Can I return multiple orders in one parcel?

Yes, that is possible. However, please ensure that you include the corresponding return form for each individual order inside the package.
Without the correct forms, we cannot allocate the items properly, which may delay processing and refunds.

How and when will I receive my refund?

Once your return has arrived and has been checked in our warehouse, the amount will be refunded to you. The refund will be issued using the same payment method as your original order.
The total processing time for returns can take up to 14 days after receipt at our returns warehouse.
