Which payment methods do you offer?

Through our payment service provider Mollie, we offer:

  • Credit card (Mastercard/Visa)
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay
  • Pay by Bank Instant Transfer (Sofortüberweisung)

Is payment by invoice possible?

Unfortunately, payment by invoice is not possible.

How long does it take for the refund of my return to be processed?

After sending your return, the refund will be issued to the same payment method you originally used within 14 days.

My return has already been processed, but the refund has not been credited to my account yet.

If you paid via PayPal, please check your PayPal account. Depending on your settings, the refunded amount may remain as a balance in your PayPal account and may not be automatically transferred to your bank account. If you paid by credit card, please check your monthly statement.

Is VAT refunded for customers who export goods from the European Union?

The VAT refund for customers exporting goods from the European Union is a voluntary service that can be offered by commercial sellers. There is no legal obligation to provide this service.
