I have registered, but I cannot log in to my customer account.

Your account will only be active once you have confirmed your registration. Therefore, after every new registration, please check whether you have confirmed your account registration and your email address. The confirmation email you received for this purpose may also be located in the spam or junk mail folder of your inbox.

I forgot my password, what should I do? 

You can reset your password at the following link: https://www.herrlicher.com/account/recover 

Simply enter your email address and the displayed security code. You will then receive a confirmation email with your new password, which you can change again afterwards. 

Why do I need a customer account? 

A customer account is not required to place an order in the Herrlicher online shop. You can also place your order as a guest. As a registered customer, you save time by using the shipping and billing addresses you have already stored. In addition, you benefit from these advantages: 

•  Manage your personal data and addresses Keep track of your order history 
•  Check the order status of your latest order 
•  Use your wishlist across devices: After logging in, your wishlist is available to you as a Herrlicher online shop customer, even if it was created previously on another device. You can view the items you have already saved at any time and add new favorites. You also have the option to share your wishlist with family and friends. 
•  Access your saved shopping cart across devices: Items you have placed in the shopping cart will be stored in your cart across devices for 14 days (but not reserved). For example: You browse herrlicher.com on your smartphone while on the go and add items to the cart. Later, you can conveniently continue and submit your order from home using your PC. As a registered customer, you also have the option to conveniently subscribe or unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time via your account overview.
